By accessing and using PRISM's AI validation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

PRISM provides AI validation services through our proprietary 5-tier validation architecture (T0-T4), VLT routing system, and tuition engine to eliminate AI hallucinations and optimize costs.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Not exceed API rate limits or abuse the service

4. Data Usage & Privacy

We process your queries through our validation tiers while maintaining strict data privacy. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not train our models on your data without explicit consent.

5. Intellectual Property

PRISM's validation architecture, VLT technology, and tuition engine are proprietary and protected by patents and trade secrets. Users retain ownership of their input data and generated outputs.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

PRISM is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
